Mohamed Abdulla Al Khonji
A Leading Businessman in Oman for more than 20 years. He had graduated from the University of North Colorado in Economics and completed an MBA course in Private Equity.
Presently, he is the Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of the Executive Committee at Salam Air SAOC. He is also the Deputy Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee at Takaful Oman Insurance SAOG, and the Deputy Chairman and a member of the Audit Committee at Oman Fiber Optic SAOC. Furthermore, he is a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee at Dhofar Cattle Feed SAOG.
In addition, he is the Chairman of Al Khonji Invest LLC (formerly Al Khonji Holding LLC) and the Chairman, and CEO of Alkhonji Real Estate & Development SAOC (Aqar) respectively. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of Executive Committee at Al Khonji Group and Deputy Chairman of Al Binaa Construction & Industry SAOC.
His other leading directorship includes as being the Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Oman Hotels and Tourism Company SAOC and also the Chairman of the Board of Desert Night Resort SAOC and Tourism Company SAOC, and Al Sharqiya Hotel and Tourism Company SAOC respectively.
He had previously held the position of Deputy Chairman of Bank Sohar SAOG and the Chairman of Oman Investment & Finance Co. SAOG, Oman Medical Projects Co. SAOG. He also held Directorships in other prominent SAOG companies.
Qaboos Abdulla Mohamed Al Khonji
Belongs to a traditional business-dominated family with extensive experience in the Construction and Retail Business. He had graduated from the University of Southern Colorado, USA in Business Management.
Presently, he is the Deputy Chairman of Al Khonji Invest LLC (formerly Al Khonji Holding LLC), the Deputy Chairman of Al Khonji Real Estate Development SAOC and the Chairman of Al Binaa Constructions & Industry SAOC and Al Areen National Ent. & Trading LLC.
He also holds Directorship in some of the prominent SAOG / SAOC companies in Oman including: The Financial Corporation Co. SAOG, Al Maha Ceramics Co. SAOG, Al Anwar Investment SAOG and Oman Hotels & Tourism Co. SAOC. In addition, he is the Director of the Board at Oman Chlorine SAOG.
He had previously held the position of General Manager in Moosa Abdul Rahman Hassan & Co. and was the member of the Board at various companies including Tageer Finance Co. SAOG and Al Anwar Hospitality SAOC. He has also held the Deputy Chairman’s position at OIFC SAOG and was the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee at Salam Air SAOC.
Raffy Manoug Kozadjian
A project development professional with over 39 years of broad-based international experience in project conception, design, investment, and development in Europe and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from Cranfield University School of Management. He has advised principals and managed the allocation of long-term capital investments to meet their corporate business objectives. A Chartered Architect (Royal Institute of British Architects and Architects Registration Council of the United Kingdom), he is highly experienced in leading all phases of projects from inception to commercial operations, with a track record of delivering within technical and commercial parameters.
He is currently (since mid-1997) the Head of the Projects Department in Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Co. SAOG, established as a joint venture between Governments of Oman and the United Arab Emirates with a mission to develop vital projects creating socio-economic benefits in the countries.
He is in charge of business development and initiating projects: from identification, techno-economic evaluation, structuring investment from legal, contractual, and financial aspects, managing implementation from design to start of commercial operations, and follow-up of investments in projects across all phase.
