- Tulip Downtown, Muscat. 180 rooms
- Sur Plaza, Sur. 105 rooms
- Alwadi, Sohar. 79 rooms
- Desert Night Camp, Badia. 53 rooms

The existence of Oman Hotels and Tourism Company SAOC (OHTC) started in 1992 with the merger of then Oman Tourist Corporation (OTC) which owned Ruwi Hotel (currently named as Tulip Inn Downtown Muscat) and Oman Hotels Company SAOG which owned Al Falaj Hotel.
Ruwi Hotel started its operation under the Commercial Registration of OTC in the year 1976.
In 1985, Al Wadi Hotel in Sohar, started its operation under a name of Sohar Hotel LLC.
In 1991, OTC changed its name to Muscat Tourist Corporation (MTC) and registered with Muscat securities market.
In 1992, MTC acquired Sohar Hotels LLC and also acquired shares in Oman Hotels Company SAOG which owned Al Falaj Hotel.
In 1998, Sur Mercure Hotel (presently Sur Plaza Hotel) started its operation in Sur. The legal name of the company is Al Sharqiyaa Hotels and Tourism Company SAOC which is owned by OHTC.
In 2007, Desert Night Camp LLC (Presently Desert Nights Resort) started its operation under OHTC.
Al Sharqiyaa Hotels and Tourism Company SAOC, and Desert Nights Resort LLC are fully owned subsidiary of OHTC.
In 2016, OHTC sold Al Falaj Hotel operation and its assets to Aitken Spence Colombo Sri Lanka.
At present OHTC has four hotels, namely: Tulip Inn Downtown Muscat, Al Wadi Hotel Sohar, Sur Plaza Hotel Sur and Desert Nights Resort, Al Bidya.
The Tulip Inn Down own Muscat is managed by Golden Tulip Middle East – North Africa SAS.
Al Wadi Hotel Sohar, Sur Plaza Hotel Sur and Desert Nights Resort, Al Bidya are manged by Aitken Spence Hotel Management Company, Colombo Sri Lanka.
Presently OHTC has signed an agreement with Accor Group to manage its 4 star Hotel under Novotel Brand in Al Khuwair. The development of the said hotel is in progress.
